About Mr Aziz Haque

Mr Aziz Haque is a leading consultant shoulder and elbow surgeon based in Leicester. His areas of expertise include soft tissue reconstruction, joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement and shoulder stabilisation. He is highly proficient in both minimally invasive keyhole surgery and open surgery. Mr Haque consults privately at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital. With over 10 years’ experience, he also practises for University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. Mr Haque previously served at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Mr Haque holds an MBBS and an intercalated BSc from the University of Leicester. He undertook higher specialist training also in Leicester, before completing an upper limb fellowship at Royal Derby Hospital and a shoulder and elbow fellowship at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Furthermore, Mr Haque has a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from Keele University. He is also a member of the British Elbow and Shoulder Society and holds esteemed fellowship to the Royal College of Surgeons, England in both trauma and orthopaedics.
