About Mr Aditya Prinja
Mr Aditya Prinja is a renowned consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon based in London. With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Mr Prinja has a high level of expertise in several orthopaedic procedures including shoulder surgery, rotator cuff repair, frozen shoulder, elbow surgery, hand surgery and wrist surgery. Mr Prinja read medicine at Jesus College, University of Cambridge, before going on to complete his clinical training at University College London. Mr Prinja did his higher surgical training on the Middlesex and University College London Orthopaedic Rotation. He was awarded the FRCS (Tr&Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2018. He completed his fellowship in upper limb surgery at the world renowned Wrightington Upper Limb Unit. In addition to his training in the UK, he has also trained at centres of excellence in the United States and Canada. Mr Prinja currently practises at Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine at the Cromwell Hospital, the Wellington Hospital and the Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital. His NHS practice is at the Whittington Hospital and University College London Hospitals. In addition to his clinical work, Mr Prinja is also an esteemed medical researcher, having published numerous articles concerning his areas of expertise in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He is also a prominent voice in medical education, currently holding the position of Honorary Clinical Lecturer at University College London, where he trains and supervises junior surgeons.
