About Dr Alla Altayeb

Dr Alla Altayeb is a highly skilled consultant dermatologist based in London, practising at The London Dermatology Centre. Her clinical expertise spans both medical and surgical dermatology, with a particular focus on skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema, acne, and rosacea. Dr Altayeb is deeply committed to providing evidence-based, personalised care for patients with a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and she also offers mole assessments and skin cancer screenings, ensuring early and accurate diagnosis. Dr Altayeb completed her medical degree at the University of Southampton, earning both a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (BMBS) and an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences (BMedSc Hons) for her research in teledermatology. She gained full membership with the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) following her Core Medical Training in South Wales and later completed her specialist dermatology training across esteemed centres in Edinburgh, Surrey, and Sussex. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education (PgCert Clinical Ed), reflecting her active role in medical teaching and training.
