Hydrocephalus
Hydrocephalus refers to an accumulation of fluid within the brain. This excess fluid exerts pressure on the brain, potentially leading to damage. If not addressed, hydrocephalus can be life-threatening. The brain damage associated with hydrocephalus may result in a variety of symptoms, and different forms of hydrocephalus can present with particular signs.
