Bell's palsy
Bell's palsy is a temporary condition that causes weakness or reduced movement, typically affecting just one side of the face. Steroid treatment can be beneficial, and most individuals see improvement within six months. It's important to note that similar symptoms can indicate a stroke, which requires immediate medical attention. You might also struggle to close the eye on the affected side. In rare cases, both sides of the face may not move properly.
