Ms Anna Bridgens is a highly accomplished and trusted consultant paediatric trauma and orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in paediatric trauma, congenital and acquired deformities of the hip and foot, as well as neurodisability conditions, with a particular focus on cerebral palsy and spina bifida. She is dedicated to providing personalised care tailored to each patient’s needs. Ms Bridgens graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in 2003. She then undertook higher surgical specialty training in trauma and orthopaedics on the Percival Pott Rotation at the Royal London Hospital. Her advanced paediatric orthopaedic fellowships were completed at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Evelina Hospital for Children. She maintains an NHS practice at St George’s Hospital NHS Trust, a Level 1 trauma centre in South West London, where she specialises in neurodisability, general paediatric orthopaedic conditions, and trauma cases. Ms Bridgens has contributed to numerous scientific publications and is an active member of professional organisations including the British Society for Children’s Orthopaedic Surgery (BSCOS), the British Society for Surgery in Cerebral Palsy (BSSCP), the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS), and the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM).
