About Dr Vivek Kodoth
Dr Vivek Kodoth is a highly skilled consultant interventional cardiologist based in Bournemouth, practising privately at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. He specialises in coronary intervention and manages a range of cardiology conditions including chest pain, palpitations, hypertension, and heart failure. Dr Kodoth regularly performs coronary angioplasty with stenting, complex procedures such as rotablation and laser coronary intervention, and is proficient in advanced diagnostic techniques including echocardiography. He also offers specialist assessments in aviation medicine, particularly for pilots requiring fitness-to-fly evaluations. Dr Kodoth trained in cardiology in Belfast, Northern Ireland, before completing a two-year fellowship focusing on complex coronary interventions.
