About Mr Simon Macmull

Mr Simon Macmull is a highly accomplished consultant spinal and orthopaedic surgeon studied medicine and dentistry at The Royal London and St. Bartholomew's School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his specialist orthopaedic training in London within the North West Thames London Deanery. His experience includes a wide range of degenerative spinal conditions and trauma cases. He pursued a specialist trauma fellowship at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, Australia, followed by dedicated spinal surgery fellowships at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and Oxford University Hospital. In 2019, Mr. Macmull was appointed as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He actively participates in teaching surgical trainees and is a member of the British Association of Spinal Surgeons. To stay current, he regularly attends conferences and educational courses. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at both national and international forums. Mr Macmull currently practices at Chase Lodge Hospital.
