About Mr Saurabh Odak
Mr Saurabh Odak is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon based in the North West of England. He specialises in the upper limbs, and has expertise in carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, thumb arthritis, shoulder replacement and arthroscopy, and rotator cuff surgery. Mr Odak qualified in 2002 from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore, India. He undertook speciality orthopaedic training in Mersey before completing two fellowships, one of which was at Wrightington Hospital, in the shoulder & elbow and the wrist & hand. He has received several awards and prizes throughout his career, such as the annual Clinical Excellence Award under the 'Quality and Safety' category at Wrightington Wigan and Leigh Foundation NHS Trust. He is a fellow and member of the Royal College of Surgeons. Mr Odak, in addition to his clinical practice, is a keen researcher and trainer with extensive publications under his name in international journals. He has also presented research at various international and national conferences. Mr Odak is skilled in the treatment of sports injuries, upper limb trauma, and degenerative conditions.
