Mr. Rupert Obholzer is a highly specialised consultant ENT surgeon with expertise in managing complex problems of the ear and skull base, particularly tumours in these areas. He initially studied botany at Oxford before switching to a medical degree at Charing Cross Medical School (Imperial College). His international experience includes fellowships in cochlear implants and skull base surgery in Sydney and London, where he honed his function-preserving surgical techniques. He combines his private practice with a robust NHS role, working across multiple sites, including Guy's Hospital, The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, and King's College Hospital. Mr. Obholzer is dedicated to pioneering function-preserving surgeries in the UK, with a strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge care in hearing and facial nerve disorders. Currently, Mr. Rupert Obholzer practices at Cleveland Clinic London and Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre.
