About Ms Ora Jesner

Ms Ora Jesner is a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician at London Gynaecology. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and completed her clinical training at University College London. Ms Jesner underwent specialised training in the North Central and East London deanery and achieved a postgraduate certificate in medical ultrasound from King’s College London. Her professional interests include early pregnancy scanning, gynaecology, hysteroscopy, laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, and vulval disease. She holds leadership roles as the lead for the Emergency Gynaecology Unit and clinical lead for Governance in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Whipps Cross Hospital. Ms Jesner has led projects improving care for ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage and has presented her work at national and international conferences. Ms Jesner is dedicated to education and training. She oversees medical student teaching at Whipps Cross Hospital and mentors’ junior doctors in her department. She has developed programmes for educating community-based advisors on women’s health and initiated the See One Club, providing practical training for doctors in obstetrics and gynaecology across London.
