Dr Michael Zemenides is an esteemed consultant GP based in London, and one of the co-founders of A-Z General Practice at The Wellington Hospital Outpatients Centre in St John’s Wood. He has a particular interest in lifestyle medicine, sports health, mental well-being, and acute care, using practical, proactive strategies to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health. Dr Zemenides graduated from the Royal Free & University College Medical School in 2005, after earning a BSc in Immunology and Cell Pathology from University College London in 2002. Early in his career, he established the Future Doctors programme, delivering lectures to aspiring medical students across the UK. Committed to personalised, patient-focused care, Dr Zemenides values building strong, supportive relationships with his patients. His clinical foundation spans diverse specialties, including general medicine, cardiothoracic and vascular care, ENT, plastic surgery, paediatrics, neonatology, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, and cardiology, before specialising in general practice. A member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Dr Zemenides is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and support needed to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
