About Dr Manjusha Rathi

Dr Manjusha Rathi is a highly experienced consultant in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolic medicine, currently practising at The Park Hospital, Nottingham, The Priory Hospital, Birmingham and Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust. She has a special interest in the management of complex endocrine and metabolic disorders, including thyroid disease, reproductive endocrinology, pituitary and adrenal disorders, hirsutism, calcium and electrolyte imbalances, osteoporosis, and insulin pump therapy. Dr Rathi completed her specialist training in diabetes and endocrinology at the prestigious Yorkshire Deanery in Leeds. She is deeply committed to service development and has played a key role in enhancing subspecialty services within her field. At Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust, she served as clinical governance lead for five years and later as clinical service lead for diabetes and endocrinology for two years. Alongside her clinical work, Dr Rathi is actively involved in medical education. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students and is an accredited MRCP (UK) PACES examiner with the Royal College of Physicians. Dr Rathi’s dedication to her specialty is also evident in her academic contributions. Her research has been presented at leading international conferences across Europe and the United States and is frequently cited in scientific literature. She is a peer reviewer for several medical journals and sits on the editorial board of four peer-reviewed publications.
