About Lana Pinshaw
Lana Pinshaw is a highly experienced and compassionate dietitian with over 25 years of clinical expertise. She sees patients at Chase Lodge Hospital, where she provides personalised, evidence-based nutritional support across a wide range of conditions. A graduate of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, Lana has built a distinguished career spanning the private sector, charitable organisations, and the NHS. Since qualifying in 1997, Lana has worked extensively in both private and charity healthcare settings, including with the HCA group and as a consultant dietitian for a cancer charity. In 2003, she founded her own specialist nutrition practice, where she developed particular expertise in the dietary management of diabetes, weight concerns, functional bowel disorders, cancer care, and neurological conditions. Alongside her private practice, Lana currently serves as the team lead dietitian at a prominent NHS Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in London. In this role, she provides expert nutritional care to patients receiving both in-patient and community-based rehabilitation for complex neurological conditions. Lana is known for her warm, friendly, and professional approach.
