About Dr Jason Thomson

Dr Jason Thomson is a consultant dermatologist in London who specialises in skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, melasma and eczema. He provides private care at The Medical Chambers Kensington, while his NHS base is the Royal London Hospital, where he delivers expert care for a wide range of skin conditions. Dr Thomson furthered his expertise with a Master’s in Genomic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, enhancing his understanding of the genetic and molecular aspects of dermatological conditions. His academic interest lies within skin cancer, and he is currently completing a PhD focused on the biology of and genomics of skin cancer. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and has trained in some of the UK's leading dermatology departments, including the Royal London and Royal Free Hospitals. With over a decade of dermatology experience, Dr Thomson is highly skilled in managing complex skin conditions. Since 2020, he has been head of medical at Skin+Me, leading innovations in personalised skincare and recently launching Hair+Me, which provides bespoke hair loss treatments.
