Mr Hazem Hosny is a highly experienced consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon, specialising in lower limb surgery, with particular expertise in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, periprosthetic fracture management, lower limb arthroscopy, and trauma care. He privately practises at Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital. His advanced sub-specialist training includes prestigious fellowships in lower limb arthroscopy and arthroplasty, undertaken in Neuss, Germany, and at the Plymouth Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellowship in the UK. These fellowships have provided him with comprehensive surgical expertise in complex joint reconstruction and minimally invasive techniques. In addition to his clinical work, Mr Hosny has a strong academic background.
