About Mr David Luff
Mr David Luff is a consultant ENT surgeon practising at Nuffield Health Chester, The Grosvenor Hospital. He sees both adult and paediatric patients, performing endoscopic sinus surgery, and treating conditions such as hearing loss, ear infections, tonsillitis, sinusitis, and sleep apnoea. Mr Luff qualified from the University of Nottingham in 1993, and went on to complete two fellowships at the Royal College of Surgeons in both general surgery and in later in otolaryngology. He undertook higher surgical training in the North West of England. He was appointed consultant at the Countess of Chester Hospital in 2005, a position he held for 14 years before deciding to pursue his private practice full-time. Mr Luff has previously been the Clinical Lead for ENT at the Countess of Chester Hospital and a member of the STEC Training Committee of Health Education North West. He has been active in medical education, performing both as an educational supervisor for ENT trainees at the Countess of Chester Hospital and as an Honorary Lecturer at Liverpool Medical School. He is currently an ENT representative on the Medical Advisory Committee of Nuffield Health Chester at the Grosvenor Hospital.
