About Miss Anca Pop

Miss Anca Pop is a highly experienced consultant gynaecologist with broad expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of gynaecological conditions. She graduated in medicine in Romania in 2003 and subsequently relocated to the UK, where she completed her full specialist training across North-West and Central London, including at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Miss Pop has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery and has undertaken two advanced clinical training modules in the Management of Labour and in Open and Laparoscopic Benign Gynaecology Surgery. This advanced training has enhanced her proficiency in complex laparoscopic procedures such as ovarian cystectomy, myomectomy, total laparoscopic hysterectomy and hysteroscopic surgery. She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and holds a postgraduate certificate in Open and Laparoscopic Surgery. Miss Pop’s clinical practice is grounded in respect, partnership and patient empowerment, with a strong emphasis on ensuring patients feel informed, supported and actively involved in decisions about their care. Dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualised care, Miss Pop tailors her approach to meet the diverse needs of her patients while adhering to the most up-to-date clinical guidelines. She remains committed to professional development through regular attendance at the annual RCOG Congress and ongoing engagement with advancements in women’s health. She is presently practising at London Gynaecology - Harley Street and London Gynaecology - Richmond.
