Dr Agustin Martin-Clavijo is a highly experienced consultant dermatologist who specialises in skin cancer, mole removal, cyst removal, melanoma, and skin biopsies, but to mention just a few. He completed his dermatology training in the West Midlands and has been working as a consultant dermatologist since 2008. He is highly skilled in treating a wide range of skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes, and itchy skin. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of all forms of skin cancer and has served as the lead of the regional skin cancer multidisciplinary team for five years. Additionally, he led the Pan Birmingham Cancer Network, and is one of the few dermatologists qualified to perform Mohs micrographic surgery, a specialised procedure considered the gold standard for treating many types of skin cancer. Dr Martin-Clavijo earned his medical degree from the University of Salamanca, Spain, in 1995. He then completed a research PhD before relocating to the United Kingdom in 1997 to train in General Internal Medicine and achieve membership of the Royal College of Physicians of London. Afterward, he undertook specialist training in Dermatology in the West Midlands, becoming a fully accredited Consultant Dermatologist registered on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register.
