Insomnia
Insomnia refers to ongoing difficulties with sleep. Often, improving your sleep habits can help alleviate the problem. Insomnia that occurs for a brief period, lasting less than three months, is known as short-term insomnia. When sleep issues persist for three months or more, it is classified as long-term insomnia. Each person requires a different amount of sleep, and if you find yourself feeling consistently fatigued throughout the day, it may indicate that you are not getting enough rest.
