Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP)

Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) impacts the blood vessels and results in a distinctive rash. While it is generally not severe, it can occasionally lead to kidney issues. This condition is more frequently seen in children, although adults can also be affected. The primary symptom of HSP is a rash characterized by raised red or purple spots that resemble small bruises or blood spots.
