Earwax build-up
Earwax typically comes out on its own. However, if it starts to block your ears, a pharmacist can assist you. If the earwax does not naturally fall out and accumulates, you can attempt to remove it yourself. Over a period of around two weeks, pieces of earwax should gradually exit your ear, leading to an improvement in your symptoms. There is no proof that ear candles or ear vacuums effectively eliminate earwax.
